Neighborhood Retail Update:
VISTANCIA MARKETPLACE located at the NE corner of Vistancia Blvd. and El Mirage Rd. in Peoria, a Safeway-anchored center.

Retail centers will be on all four corners of the intersection with a total of up to 1.8 million square feet of retail space. This is about the size of Desert Ridge Marketplace and the Biltmore Fashion Park combined, according to the Arizona Republic.
