BLACKSTONE AT VISTANCIA
Blackstone at Vistancia is a private, non-age restricted, country club community in Vistancia and a gated neighborhood. Blackstone is 588 acres, featuring a Jim Engh-designed golf course and a 30,000 square-foot deluxe clubhouse.

Builders are Cachet Homes, Cachet Villas, T.W. Lewis and Camelot Homes.
Approximately 150 custom lots, one-half to ¾ acre in size starting in the low $300’s with the average price in the mid to high $400’s.
Total over 550 homes including the villas. (Condominiums)
In addition:
Country Club memberships are currently $60,000, with dues at $450/month. Members do not have to be Blackstone residents. Membership is currently limited to 400.
Social memberships are available exclusively to Blackstone Residents. Membership is currently expected to be $15,000 with dues of $200/month and a membership limit of 350.
Blackstone Country Club, named for the black volcanic rock located there, features a Jim Engh-designed golf course. Jim Engh was named Golf Digest architect of the year in 2003 and is a four-time Golf Digest national award winner.
