Friedman Realty Associates is a small “boutique” real estate firm with over 25 years of experience. Small doesn’t mean limited. We have the ability to market homes to thousands of realtors and private individuals in Arizona, nationally and internationally. Friedman Realty Associates is also an independent real estate company. We don’t use a “cookie cutter” approach. We have the ability to be flexible in all aspects for our clients selling, leasing or purchasing a home, including our fees, since we are the owners of our company.

Who are Ted and Lana Friedman?
Licensed in Arizona and Colorado, we have offices in both states. We began traveling to Phoenix yearly in 1973 and bought a property in north Scottsdale in 2001 at which time we started traveling to Arizona more frequently. In February, 2004, golfing in the West Valley, we found Trilogy at Vistancia and moved from Scottsdale later that year.
Ted, originally from Kansas City, Missouri, attended Colorado University. A product of Macy’s Executive Training program, he was a buyer and merchandise manager of a Denver men’s specialty clothing store. Next he was a Personnel Director and Special Events Coordinator in a wholesale beer business. He has been a real estate broker for over 25 years, beginning with a major Denver firm, then began his own real estate business six years later.
Lana, a former elementary school teacher with a specialty in reading, got a B.A. at Washington U. in St. Louis and an M.A. at the University of Denver. While their children were growing up Lana tutored at home. Over the years she became more involved in the real estate business and became a full-time real estate agent in 2005.
